There are two main grades of PTFE plates produced by Suko, which are Grade A plates and B plates. The raw materials for A plate are pure medium grain size. The B pole plate is added with a certain proportion of PTFE recycled powder on the basis of the A grade plate. Its performance is slightly inferior to the A-level Sheet, and the appearance is not much different.
PTFE Sheet Parameters:
1. Appearance requirements: the color of the material is the natural color of the resin, and the surface of the sheet should be smooth, without cracks, bubbles, delamination, and no defects such as mechanical damage and knife marks that affect the use.2. Density requirement: should reach 2.1-2.3kg/m³3. Tensile strength (Mp)≥15.04. Elongation at break (%) ≥1505. Withstand voltage (KV/mm)≥10
The above 5 test results are all qualified, which proves that the quality of the PTFE Sheet is qualified.
How to distinguish the quality of PTFE sheets
Method One:
1. Take samples, the sampling base is 500KG, and the inspection number is 2.2. According to QB/T3625-1999 inspection, the inspected items are appearance, density, tensile strength, elongation at break, and withstand voltage.
Method Two:
1. In the case of sufficient sunlight, find two different grades of PTFE Sheets, facing the sun, the one that is close to transparent is the pure material Sheet, and the second is the B-level Sheet.2. Bending two identical PTFE plates by hand, the more flexible the better.
